Kruse Event Center has been Gibson City’s premier banquet and event venue since 1996. We offer a beautifully maintained, budget-friendly space with flexible rental packages designed to fit any occasion. FAQ

What is the maximum capacity of the banquet hall?

Our hall can comfortably accommodate up to 400 guests.

What size are your tables and how many do you have?

We have approximately 40 rectangular tables and they are 96 inches or 8ft. We also have approximately 32 round tables that are 60 inches or 5 ft.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

We offer bar packages, but outside alcohol is not allowed. Please contact us for details on licensing and corkage fees.

How early can I come in to set up?

You can typically access the hall the day before your event start time for setup given there is not an event taking place that day.

What types of events do you host?

Our banquet hall is perfect for a wide range of events, including:
